Great facility, kind and helpful staff. Nice dinner restaurant. Nice swimming pool. I lost golden bracelet and staff found it in breakfast restaurant!

The location was easily reachable. The room was spacious and was very well decorated. It had bed , sofa , chair and tables. It also had a small extra room housing the wardrobe and other accessories. The breakfast was delicious had a wide variety of things to choose from. The staff was polite and helpful. The front desk lady Maftuna even arranged the Amirsoy and Charvak Lake tour for us on the second day which was really exiting. There is also a nearby Korzinka supermarket that can be reached from the hotel on foot. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel that serve local delicacies.

I came to Tashkent from China for the first time and chose Mercure Tashkent — and it turned out to be the perfect decision. From the very beginning, the staff welcomed me warmly, check-in was fast, and they helped me with my luggage. Special thanks to the reception team — they spoke English and were very attentive. The room was clean, spacious, with modern design and a comfortable bed. I especially appreciated how quiet it was — I slept very well. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. It was nice to see both European and local cuisine. I also want to highlight the swimming pool and the gym — everything was new and well maintained. I tried the food at the hotel restaurant as well — the quality was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Thank you, Mercure Tashkent, for a wonderful stay! I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

The rooms, which are modern, big and spacious. Lovely bathroom, walk-in robe, independent heating/cooling, fridge, kettle, tea/coffee, comfortable bed with a selection of pillows. A few ATM machines in both lobbies. A good breakfast selection, with eggs cooked to order. Great barista made coffee, which does come at an extra cost. Excellent Turkish restaurant, which is open from 11:00am for all day and evening dining.

Excellent service, very spacious rooms. We were treated and welcomed by Otabek at the reception and he was very helpful and friendly. During our stay we were taken great care of by him and Asadbek. Their breakfast offerings are the best with a huge variety of choice. Shout out to the chefs at breakfast they make very delicious food and especially the Uzbek bakery delicacies.

The hotel is quite new. The area is not really the first address in Tashkent, but it is okay. The team really tries hard and does a lot to make the guests feel at home. The service is personal, the rooms are really big and the rooms are - for that level of price - very well equipped. The breakfast is big and has got a lot of selection.

Everything was very nice. The hotel personnel was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Especially administrator Maftunabonu, she was always very kind.
