Great facility, kind and helpful staff. Nice dinner restaurant. Nice swimming pool. I lost golden bracelet and staff found it in breakfast restaurant!

The location was easily reachable. The room was spacious and was very well decorated. It had bed , sofa , chair and tables. It also had a small extra room housing the wardrobe and other accessories. The breakfast was delicious had a wide variety of things to choose from. The staff was polite and helpful. The front desk lady Maftuna even arranged the Amirsoy and Charvak Lake tour for us on the second day which was really exiting. There is also a nearby Korzinka supermarket that can be reached from the hotel on foot. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel that serve local delicacies.

The rooms, which are modern, big and spacious. Lovely bathroom, walk-in robe, independent heating/cooling, fridge, kettle, tea/coffee, comfortable bed with a selection of pillows. A few ATM machines in both lobbies. A good breakfast selection, with eggs cooked to order. Great barista made coffee, which does come at an extra cost. Excellent Turkish restaurant, which is open from 11:00am for all day and evening dining.

Everything was very nice. The hotel personnel was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Especially administrator Maftunabonu, she was always very kind.

This hotel is a great choice. They have the best hotel gym I ever been with a great spa. Rooms were nice, people were amazing, especially Nurbek who was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going there.

The staff are very friendly and supportive. They helped me with the transportation and tour guide in my language inside the city. Also, since we are in Ramadan, they provide me complimentary high quality Suhoor instead of the breakfast. The hotel is quite, new, and luxurious. Most importantly it's a clean hotel. The room is spacious and there us a wardrobe room which is an extra bonus. الفندق مميز ونظيف وجديد وموقعه هادئ بقرب المطار. العاملون في الفندق محترمون ولطيفون ويساعدونك بجميع احتياجاتك ولقد ساعدوني بتوفير دليل سياحي للمدينة يتحدث اللغة العربية بطلاقة. أيضا تم توفير وجبة السحور الغنية لي من غير مبلغ اضافي نظرا لاني اخذت الغرفة بالافطار وبالوقت الذي اريده.

this hotel is an amazing 4 start. the highest level. from the late night reception to the porter who brings the suitcase to the guest relation manager who leaves a beautiful welcome note in the room upon arrival, to the Check out staff. the room was so spacious and beautiful. very clean. After a late flight it was so nice to be there.
